The FCCFA 131st Annual Convention turned the J.W. Marriott Turnberry into Miami Vice from July 23-25! Attendees soaked up knowledge, reconnected with old friends, and celebrated 131 years of dedication to families and communities in Florida!

The spotlight hit its peak with a dazzling speaker lineup, including Loree Draude, best known as Dunder Mifflin’s CFO from The Office. Buckley captivated the crowd with engaging stories and valuable insights on teamwork, effective communication, and cultivating a strong workplace culture. The main stage also featured engaging sessions on competing in price-sensitive markets and building highly engaged teams, among others.
